1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unworn, and in original condition.
The item is returned with all original tags, packaging, and accessories.
Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is provided.
Note: Items that are damaged due to wear and tear, misuse, or without tags may not be eligible for a refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
Special-order products
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Email us at Customer.servise@brandzoneshop.com with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for a confirmation and return authorization from our customer service team.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
You will be notified via email or phone regarding the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
If the item is not approved for return, it will be sent back to you.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size), please:

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Include photos and a description of the issue.
We will offer a replacement, refund, or store credit based on your preference.
